Whats the Basics?

  • We offer FREE Delivery for the following postcodes: S61, S62, S63, S64, S65, S70, S71, S72, S73, S74 & S75.
  • The following postcodes are Free Delivery if you spend over £60, otherwise £9.95 delivery: DN12, S21, S26, S35, S36, S60, S66, S80, WF2, WF4, WF6, WF7, WF9 & WF10.
  • If you are not in any of the above postcodes, you are welcome to use Click and Collect.
  • We reserve the right to refuse free delivery if you are not in these postcodes and the website allows free delivery in error.

How Does it Work

  • Place your order in full using our Online Shop
  • Deliveries will usually be made within 2-3 working days
  • If you want to specify a delivery day at checkout, you can do, but your order must be placed at least 2 days before the specified delivery day so we can be sure to fulfill your order. If you do this, Please provide day and date specifically in the NOTES box when you checkout.
  • Orders can still be placed by telephone on 01226 753323 between 7am and 3pm Monday - Saturday


  • We prefer to deliver to an address where someone is able to accept the order in person. We can Leave orders in safe/chosen places that you can specify on checkout, but this is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for refrigerating the product as soon as possible to preserve the quality and shelflife of your order.
  • If you know you wont be home and choose to do so, We offer a fully insulated packaging that you can add to your basket in our online store. If you do add this to your basket, your order will automatically be packaged like this regardless.
  • All our delivery vehicles are fully refrigerated so your products will always be transported at optimum temperature
  • We can not specify Delivery times. If you need to do this give us a call before placing an order and we may be able to help.
